These Terms of Service govern your use of the GRIPPD store and your purchases from us. By using the store, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced below.

This store is operated under the GRIPPD trading name by Adora Crafted Ltd, company number 15820766, registered in England and Wales. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.
Using the store
You may use the store only for lawful personal purchases. You must provide accurate order, payment, and delivery information and must not interfere with the store, misuse its content, introduce malicious code, or attempt fraud.
Product information and availability
We aim to describe products accurately, but colours and appearance can vary by screen and small production changes can occur. Products and offers may be changed, limited, or withdrawn before an order is accepted.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, depending on the circumstances. We may cancel or limit an order for suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfil it, and we will refund any amount taken for cancelled items.
Prices, payment, and taxes
Prices are shown in United States dollars. The final amount, delivery charge, discount, and any tax collected by us are shown before payment. You authorise the chosen payment provider to charge the displayed amount.
Delivery, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms. If they conflict with a product page, the term that gives the customer the clearer or stronger right will apply unless law requires otherwise.
Product use and safety
Use the product only as instructed, begin with comfortable resistance, and stop if use causes pain. GRIPPD products and guides are for general exercise and information and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation services. Seek appropriate professional advice if you have an injury, medical condition, or concern about exercise.
Digital materials
Guides, logs, and other digital materials supplied with an order are licensed for the purchaser's personal use. They may not be sold, copied for commercial use, or redistributed without written permission.
Intellectual property
The GRIPPD name, store content, graphics, guides, photographs, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Adora Crafted Ltd. No ownership rights are transferred by access to the store or purchase of a product.
Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review, photograph, or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and yours to provide. You grant us permission to display and use it for operating and promoting GRIPPD, subject to applicable privacy law and any separate consent requirements.
Third party services and links
The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to their services.
Relationship with Shopify
GRIPPD is powered by Shopify, but all purchases from this store are made directly with Adora Crafted Ltd trading as GRIPPD. Shopify is not responsible for fulfilling GRIPPD orders or resolving claims arising from products purchased from us.
Disclaimer and liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those limits, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by misuse, or business loss arising from a consumer purchase.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms shown when an order is placed govern that order unless a mandatory legal change applies. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or our legal rights.
Severability
