Where we ship

GRIPPD delivers to addresses in the United States only. Delivery is free on every order.

Processing and delivery

Estimated delivery is 6 to 11 days from the day you place your order. This estimate includes normal processing time.

Every order is tracked. When your order ships, we email you a dispatch confirmation with your tracking link, and our Track Your Order page shows you where to follow it. Tracking can take several business days to show its first carrier scan.

Fulfilment location and import charges

Orders may be fulfilled by a third party and shipped from outside the United States. GRIPPD absorbs any import duties, import taxes, and carrier handling fees, so there are no import charges for you to pay on delivery.

Address changes, delays, and missing parcels

Check your address before placing the order. Contact support@trygrippd.com immediately if it needs to change, although we cannot change an address after dispatch.

If we cannot deliver within the promised period, we will contact you with a revised date and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. Contact us if tracking is stalled or the parcel has not arrived by the end of the stated window so we can investigate.

GRIPPD is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address or events outside reasonable control, but this does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
